Customer Service
Your order
Log into your account for your order history and tracking info. Once the payment has succeeded we will process your order and ship it as soon as possible. We try to keep our stock count up-to-date. But it could happen that some products are out of stock. We will inform you immediately and, if possible, offer an alternative.
Checkout & Payments
We are using Shopify Payments to handle order payments. Shopify Payments offers a broad selection of payment methods, best suited for your location. When an issue arises with your payment please contact us and we will help resolve the problem. Please note that we also depend on the customer support that Shopify offers.
Kadamba Foundation is not responsible, nor liable, for any issues regarding those payment methods.

We ship from Slovakia, Europe. We use different shipping companies, depending on the weight of the order. We use PostaSK or TNT for shipping small and larger orders.
Shipping pricing
The exact shipping price is calculated during checkout as it depends on the total weight and your location.
Here are some examples for a parcel up to 1 kg:
- If you live in Germany shipping will be approx 11 euro
- If you live in Australia shipping starts at 18,50 euro
-> Our shipping companies currently do not ship to Ukraine or Russia!
Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped we will send you the tracking code so you can personally check the progress of the shipment.
Shipping issues
When there is any problem with a shipment we will help resolving it as soon as possible. Please contact us and we will help resolve the problem. Please note that we are also dependable on the support that each shipping company provides us.
Kadamba Foundation is not liable for any shipments, the duration of a shipment, or for any damages that may occur during transport. Depending on the weight of an order we select the most economical shipping method and shipping company.
Returns, Refunds and Warranty
You can return an item within 14 days after you received it (EU citizens only).
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Only items that have been purchased directly from Kadamba Foundation can be returned to Kadamba Foundation There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including: Store Gift Cards and vouchers*
